Module 2

Reading the Line

Your CGM stops being a number that keeps surprising you. By the end you can look at an unexplained move and shortlist what's behind it: food timing, insulin still working, a sensor artefact, a change in the body itself. You'll know which evidence separates them. It's also where you learn to spot a pattern worth taking to your care team, written down so the conversation is short and useful.

Module 3

Food in Real Life

Stop trying to get carb counting right and start getting it usefully wrong. You'll carry a stated confidence range, a sense of what the rest of the plate does to the timing, and a growing set of the meals you actually eat. It ends with your own ten meals, and what happened last time.

Module 4

Moving With It

Exercise stops being a coin flip. There are two opposite responses, and which one you get follows fairly reliably from the session type and what's already on board. You finish having run one real session in your own week, with a pre-session check you wrote yourself.

Module 5

The Mental Load

The vocabulary and the permission nobody gave you. Decision fatigue, hypo anxiety, burnout and feeling different in the room all get named, described by what they do rather than what they say about you, and connected to the decisions they're quietly driving. You come out with one decision permanently removed from your week.

Module 6

Systems That Hold

The thing that keeps working when the kit stops: a habit for separating body problems from sensor problems from delivery problems, the ability to run a few hours with no data, and a written personal protocol for the three failures most likely to hit you. This module is about the days the technology lets you down.

Module 7

The Whole Life

The capstone. Audit what you've quietly stopped doing, and separate the situations with a real practical barrier from the ones running on a fear you rehearsed years ago. Then plan one deferred thing, a trip or an event or a return to a sport, as a set of practical problems with named answers. It closes by returning you to what you wrote in the first ten minutes of Lesson 1.1.
